HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER:

 

This is what I do:

 

            When you place your order you will be sent an automated receipt. On this receipt will be your order number, you confirmation that your order has been recieved by us and and explanation of your total order including prices and time frame. I save only your preliminary emails (I get about 300 a day) So if we have been emailing back and forth then you will need to re-send me any pictures that we have talked about. 

 We do the orders in the way they are paid (I feel it is only fair) When yours pops up on the screen (a day before I will start it) I do ALL FLORAL CONSULTATIONS ON WEDNESDAYS. I will call the number or numbers you have left on check out. If you are unavailable I will leave you a number to call me back on. I will however keep calling you EVERY WEDNESDAY until we touch base for your personal floral consultation.

 At this time we really get to talk about what you want and how you want it. ( how big how small COLORS FLOWERS) (the bridal bouquet is the most important) Then I write it all down.

I will then give you a date when you can expect to see pictures of your BRIDAL BOUQUET. These pictures will come to you via email. All you need to do is look over the pictures and let me know (via email) if you LOVE IT or if you would like something changed.

 Once the bridal bouquet is accepted I then complete your order. This takes about 4-5 days. I will then  ship your package & your order and it will arrive on your doorstep in no more then 3 days. from start to finish depending on the month your order could take 8 weeks. We will not miss you wedding date!

                                                           4-6  MARCH -MAY

                                                           5-7  JUNE -AUG

 

As you can see This is run like a well oiled machine. Over the years we feel it is the best way to meet the needs of all of our Wonderful customers.
