- Do you do custom packages?
Yes we do! Our discount custom packages are just a small fraction of what we sell. We can put together a custom package that fits each brides individual wedding party needs. We can add to or change out other items or modify one of our packages to best fit your needs.
- do I have to choose one of the pictures listed?
No we will custom make your bridal bouquet. The pictures you see here on our wesite are pictures of wedding flowers we created this year for our current customers. After we create your custom bouquet it too will be displayed here.Tell us what you would like. Send us a pic of another bouquet you have seen, or even mail us a picture,and we will do our very best.
- What colors do you have available?
We have so many different colors avaiable we did not list any. I am POSITIVE we can meet your color needs. HERE IS A SMALL LIST

- How long does it take?
From the day you place your order an pay for it it takes about 2-8 weeks. We will not miss your wedding if we accept your order! Remember each piece of your personal package is custom made to your specifications. This takes a while. Also we do the orders in the order they have been recieved. We have a large amount of customers. We do our best to get your order in and out just as soon as we possible can.CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS--2-4 WEEKS OCT-DEC
3-5 WEEKS JAN-FEB
4-6 MARCH -MAY
5-7 JUNE -AUG
- What if I do not need all of the pieces in a package.
Then you have 2 choices. We can either turn them into something else for you or just omit them totally. Most brides can always figure out what to do with a few extra corsages or bouts.
- I have 7 bridesmaids and 1 maid of honor, but I have no flower girl and do not want the toss.
In this case we would exchange your toss away and your flower girl for the extra bridesmaids bouquets that you do need. This would save you 30.00.
- Can I pick up my order.
Yes as long as you live in the PA area this is not a problem.
- my wedding is in 2 weeks. Ca you still do my flowers.
we do offer a 10 day service which will accomidate your time frame, but there is an extra cost. But email us beacuse there may not be an extra charge during the slower months.

As form of payment WE accept personal checks, bank checks, credit card checks, Money order's or Bank to Bank Wire.

I will ship your item after THE CLEARING IF YOUR CHECK your check. THERE IS A 30.00 CHARGE FOR A RETURN CHECK

If for any reason you are not pleased, you may return your products for product refund. Return shipping is customers responsibility. Returns must be made with in 3 days of receiving product. You must notify us upon receipt that you will be returning the entire un-used product on the date received! Returns will not be accepted after your wedding date. Remember all orders are custom made so they are made to fit your wedding needs and party they can not be resold. You will be given a store credit for your purchase. The same policy applies if you decide to cancel your order. Should we feel it is necessary to cancel your order we will credit you via the same form of payment as you sent us.
YOUR APPROVAL PROCESS
I will e-mail a picture of YOUR custom made Bridal Bouquet for you to preview and approve of before shipping it to you. Changes can be made at this time. Although we try our best to be as precise as possible on your dates delays due happen.
All return shipping costs are the customers responsiblitiy.
